I have had to add to my makeshift home gym and below are the products I am using.
Here are a few workout and mental health apps I have been into:
Workouts
1. Tone It Up: Two California girls who get the job done. Tons of FREE workouts and lots of nutritious recipes. Also, their Studio App is free right now!
2. Orange Theory at Home: I was doing Orange Theory before all of this, so these at home 30 min workouts gives me a sense of normalcy and they are no joke.
3. Melissa Wood Health: Great Pilates inspired workouts with minimal equipment. Only $10/month with a 7 day FREE trial.
Mental Health
1. Headspace: This app is very cool. They not only provide guided meditation for all different subjects like anxiety, stress, etc. but they have courses to actually teach you how to meditate. There is something for everyone!
